He uses satire, and sometimes He uses the method of direct provision and teaching\u2026 He uses examples, and sometimes He uses harsh rebukes. Overall, there are all kinds of different methods, the goal of which is to cater to people\u2019s various states and tastes. The perspective from which He speaks changes with the different methods and content of His utterances\u2026. <span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Sometimes He says \u201cI\u201d or \u201cMe\u201d; that is, He speaks to people from the perspective of God Himself<\/strong><\/span>. <span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Sometimes He speaks from the third person, saying \u201cGod\u201d is this or that, and there are other times when He speaks from the perspective of a human being<\/strong><\/span>. (1) What does it mean by \u201cthe essence of God\u201d? (2) How does one know that essence of God does not and has never changed? <span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>To answer question (1)<\/strong><\/span>, one should go directly to CAG\u2019s literatures as the best source to find an answer. From \u201c<em>The Essence of the Flesh Inhabited by God<\/em>\u201d in &#8220;<em>The Word Appears in the Flesh<\/em>&#8220;, it says, \u201cSince God becomes flesh, <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">His essence is a combination of <span style=\"color: #008000; text-decoration: underline;\">humanity <\/span>and <span style=\"color: #ff0000; text-decoration: underline;\">divinity<\/span><\/span>.<\/strong> This combination is called God Himself, God Himself on earth.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[2]<\/a><\/li><\/ul><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>To answer question (2)<\/strong><\/span>, it can be done by observation or doing an analysis on CAG\u2019s history and its doctrinal stance over the years. In this case, we are to identify if the essence of God with respect to CAG\u2019s beliefs has ever changed over the years. Promptly, most definitely it is the central doctrine of CAG that God became flesh in the second incarnation as a female. <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>The humanity of God has definitely changed from male to female<\/strong><\/span>, i.e., from the first incarnation to the second incarnation. Therefore, the essence of God in His humanity has undoubtedly changed, then the true answer to question (2): <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>the essence of God as defined by CAG has unequivocally changed<\/strong><\/span>. No wonder why CAG\u2019s latest translations have changed the pronoun identifying the female Christ from \u201cshe\u201d to \u201che\u201d and from \u201cher\u201d to \u201chim\u201d so that the humanity of Christ in the second incarnation would appear the same as the first one.<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">How CAG defines the identity of Almighty God give a glimpse of meaning of the essence of God in His divinity. For all things and all that there is, God\u2019s true identity is the &#8220;Creator and Ruler of all things.&#8221;<a href=\"https:\/\/en.godfootsteps.org\/god-himself-the-unique-x-2.html#sw=For%20all%20things%20and%20all%20that%20there%20is\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">[3]<\/a> Given that God is the Ruler of all creation, <strong>\u201c<span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #ff0000;\">obedience<\/span>\u201d<\/strong> may be the key to know what the <em>essence of God<\/em> means. In the reality of the world of the CAG, the best practice is able to stand firm in the midst of following and knowing the Creator and Ruler. \u201cWhen people understand and are able <span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #ff0000;\"><strong>to <em>obey<\/em> <em>the essence of God\u2019s current words<\/em><\/strong><\/span>, they live on the path of being guided by the Holy Spirit.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\">[4]<\/a> In another passage, \u201cwhat is the essence of God?\u201d is the first question being asked with no answers, but followed by a series of questions: <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">&#8220;What is the essence of God? In which areas do you find it difficult to<strong> <span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #ff0000;\"><em>obey<\/em> <em>God<\/em><\/span><\/strong>, and in which are you able to? To what extent do you <span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #ff0000;\"><em><strong>obey God<\/strong><\/em><\/span>? In which circumstances are you unable to <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #ff0000;\"><em>obey God<\/em><\/span><\/strong>? There is no new knowledge that would prompt God to change. However, there are Scriptures stating that God relents or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.compellingtruth.org\/does-God-change-His-mind.html\">&#8220;changes&#8221; His mind<\/a>. Such Scriptures do not imply that God Himself changes or even that God alters His mind. God will sometimes work in one direction and then seemingly change directions based on our actions. He knows that the change is coming, but our action is still required to make the change. God&#8217;s relenting or changing His mind can therefore be seen as a change in situation, or His outward dealings with man, in that moment. Does the God of CAG change? Has the God of CAG changed in the past 30 years? Besides the change in Christ\u2019 human body from male to female as noted above, has Almighty God changed in divinity? <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>The essence of a being, divine or otherwise, points to the true identity of an alleged deity.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #008000;\">As mentioned above, Church of Almighty God followers believe Almighty God\u2019s essence is a combination of humanity and divinity. <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000; text-decoration: underline;\">A change in God\u2019s essence means a change in God\u2019s divinity; and a change in God\u2019s divinity is a change in God\u2019s identity<\/span><\/span>.<\/strong> Let\u2019s look at a basic level of analogy: a change in methods is not necessarily a change in principles in doing things, <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">but any change in principles implies a real change of heart or even a change of the identity of a being.<\/span> <\/strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Did the God of CAG change any principles of God of the Bible?<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #008000;\">There are three major changes in God\u2019s principles as well documented in CAG\u2019s literature: <strong><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">(1) CAG has a new Holy scripture, &#8220;<em>The Word Appears in the Flesh&#8221;<\/em>, which replaces the Bible. (2) CAG has a new Christ, a created being as a female, who replaces the Son of God, Jesus, the true \u201cI AM.\u201d (3) CAG has a new path to true salvation in the current age. By works through Almighty God\u2019s judgment, chastisement, and perfecting of Almighty God\u2019s words &#8220;replaces&#8221; by grace through faith alone in Jesus Christ, the only way of salvation.<\/span><\/span><\/strong>\u00a0These three items are changes in principles of God\u2019s plan for the salvation of mankind. These changes confirm either God\u2019s has changed or the identity of God has changed. <strong><span style=\"color: #993300;\">Since the God of the Bible does not change, He is the same yesterday, today, and forever. <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Therefore, the identity of God must have changed!<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #008000;\">In addition, CAG\u2019s Holy book has been growing as a living document. The &#8220;<strong><em>The Word Appears in the Flesh<\/em><\/strong>&#8221; was first written in 1991 and published in 1993. Since then, it has been updated and expanded several times with more utterances of Almighty God over the past 30 years. The current version was last updated on February 14, 2014 and first published in November 2017 in e-book format.<a style=\"color: #008000;\" href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\">[3]<\/a><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Furthermore, there are subtle but conspicuous changes that most scholar either missed, ignored, or neglected to mention in their research and publications. It is the <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cag.clearthinking247.com\/reincarnation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Doctrine of Reincarnation<\/strong><\/a><\/span>. <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">CAG has added this doctrine which is a change in method of God\u2019s plan of salvation. Reincarnation comes from eastern religions and is based on human performance. It goes against God\u2019s principles of salvation, which is by grace through faith alone in Jesus Christ, the Son of God; and CAG replaces it with Almighty God\u2019s new plan of salvation, which is by works and through obedience, i.e., through Almighty God\u2019s words in judgment, chastisement, perfecting, refinement, and then, reincarnation.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #800080;\">CAG often asserts that &#8220;God is always new and never old.&#8221; This statement proves that CAG is practicing, yet without admitting its God (the Almighty God of the Last Days) is a changing God.\u00a0 &#8220;<em>The Word Appears in the Flesh&#8221;<\/em>\u00a0says: &#8220;&#8230;.
